Manufacturing of forged balconies with a monogram on cast iron pillars, in a classic European style.
The products are made by experienced blacksmiths using the hot hand forging method. The assembly of the forged pattern was carried out by a semiautomatic device in a protective gas environment. The connection of steel gratings with cast-iron pillars is carried out using electric arc welding with special electrodes, according to the technology. The seams were cleaned and the surface sandblasted. To prevent corrosion, priming with a two-component epoxy primer and painting with industrial polyurethane paint made in Germany were made.
