Design and manufacture of forged gates and wickets with larch board curtain, installation. The composition was created in a mixture of Scandinavian and Russian styles.
The gate leaves are made of rolled steel and larch wood coated with German oil. The gate frame is assembled from a profile pipe, forged decor from a square, a strip and a sheet. The product was made by experienced specialists of the Art Kuznitsa creative workshop using the method of manual hot forging. The peculiarity of this work lies in the combination of metal and wood, which is the best possible way to convey the Scandinavian and North Slavic flavor.
The assembly was carried out by semi-automatic welding in a mixture of shielding gases. The seams were cleaned and the surface was sandblasted before priming. To prevent corrosion, a two-component epoxy primer and Finnish industrial polyurethane paint were selected.
Worked on the project: project manager Vladimir Chechebeikin, artist Olga Kabaeva, blacksmith artist Alexander Latysh.
The facility is located in the Leningrad Region.
